Summary Unit Weekly Activities Volume and Workload Allocations Must be Completed between Wednesday and Friday for the next week The allocations you make must closely reflect the anticipated workload in order for the model to closely project the daily earned workhours Post Schedule The model provides projected earned workhours by day and by LDC. The unit should use the CSAW projections to assist with determining the next week’s clerk/mail handler schedule. The schedule posted in CSAW should reflect the work hours by day and by LDC that are actually scheduled on the unit’s clerk/mail handler schedule that is posted on the wall for next week.
Summary (cont) Unit Daily Activities Volume Update Enter the daily LDC 43 and 44 volumes upon receipt. Use the earned hour projections by trip to make timely and efficient operational scheduling decisions. Post Actual Hours – non-EBR sites only Enter the previous day’s total work hours by LDC and sick leave, overtime, and penalty overtime hours. Evaluate Workload and Workhour Performance Use Performance Report data to assist with scheduling to match the current and projected workload and to capture identified staffing opportunities.
