EARLY CLAIM INVESTIGATION CLAIM INVESTIGATION DONE ONLY FOR EARLY CLAIMS. TO FIND OUT THE BONAFIDE OF THE CLAIM. CAUSE OF DEATH PERIOD OF DEATH.
