Project Description  Interconnect the TSLab and KTHNOC with optical network and demonstrate grid computing technology over this network.

Project Phases  Phase I: Physical Setup Install, configure and test the Mentis 3000 switches and Juniper M10 routers at TSLab and KTHNOC. Demonstrate optical connectivity between TSLab and the Amsterdam IX via the KTHNOC  Phase II: Protocol Configuration Enable and configure MPLS/GMPLS on the Juniper routers  Phase III: Application Demonstrate the implementation of grid software by either Gridscape or Globus. Demonstrate AAA over the grid software.

Resources  2 Juniper M10 routers with Gigabit Ethernet Interfaces  1 Juniper M5 router with Gigabit Ethernet Interfaces  2 Lumentis Mentis switches  Fiber cable from Forum to KTHNOC  Servers in the TSLab and PDC networks

Thank you!
