Checking out from CULS Halls of Residence 1.Please announce at least 4 days before your departure the exact date you intend to check out from CULS Halls of Residence (At the headmasters office) 2.Pay all outstanding bills (for accommodation*, for menza, library, internet etc…) Clean up your room, i.e. wipe the floor, clean the doors, bathroom, WC, hoover the mattress (using a vacuum cleaner), clean the fridge 3.Ask for verification by your cleaning lady (Mo-Fr ) NO weekends 4.Return sheets, bed covers and key to the headmaster‘s office 5.The entire deposit (or its part) will be refunded at the Cash desk BCD (Mo – Thu 7.30 – 12.00; – Fr 7.30 – 12.00) *if you want leave after the 20th day of the month, you must pay for the whole month
