Status on the Signalling Programme The Signalling Programme project organisation is nearly complete Contract awarded to our Consultant end of August 2009 Our Consultant has established and manned up their project organisation in Banehuset in first half of September 2009 Teams have been formed for the projects within the Signalling Programme (Fjernbane, S-bane, On-board and Operational Rules projects) mid September Team for Civil Works will follow October Stakeholder plan will be launched today (September 17, 2009)
Stakeholder Plan – Overall The stakeholder plan is initiated on program management level within the Signalling Programme The stakeholder plan contains a number of working groups The working groups will provide inputs that will be used in the preparation of the tender documents for the projects within the Signalling Programme Stakeholder resource allocation for the working groups will be agreed and documented in an interface agreement together with each stakeholder

Members of the Working Group Chaired by a key person from the Signalling Programme Management responsibility is with the Signalling Programme – Banedanmark as well as Consultant’s staff Specialists/representatives from the Stakeholders Suggestion that Train operators join forces and select representatives
Working Basis for the Groups –Proposals made in the Programme Phase –Specifications developed by the Signalling programme –The consultant’s technical proposal –Terms of reference (scope) –Objectives of the Working Group –Outputs and deliverables of the Group –Group Members
