Registering and Payments $150 deposit due (non-refundable) September 9, 2016 Checks made out to CVCHS Can pay online at the CVCHS webstore Remaining balance of $459 must be paid by March 1, 2017

Making up homework Students are responsible for making up work they miss while on this trip You need to speak to your teachers BEFORE the trip to find out what assignments you will need to make up. It is not the teachers responsibility to give you the assignments Students are ONLY excused from the Thursday and Friday classes. All students are to be in class on Monday!

Behavior We are expecting excellent behavior from students. Students are expected to follow school rules at all times. Any misbehavior or inappropriate behavior will have consequences – Suspension, loss of privileges, etc. We expect you to show these colleges how amazing CVCHS students behave. Please be respectful of others. Stay positive. Random bag checks will occur if at any time staff believes you have inappropriate items with you on the trip.

Hotel Boundaries Each night we will be checking that the correct students are in their appropriate rooms. The male chaperones will check the male students and the female chaperones will check the female rooms. Students are not to be in the rooms of the opposite sex. Students can hang out with friends in common areas. Students are to be back in their rooms by 10 pm each night.

Final Payment We need final payments March 1, Final payments can be paid online or at the treasurer’s office
