What Is Spam?  Spam is electronic junk mail that can infect your computer.  Spam is a big problem to some people who are into work. Their computer might crash or collect viruses and lose important info.  If you think you received a piece of spam you should delete immediately before it makes changes on your computer.

Internet Surfing  Internet is somewhere where you can find answers to questions.  With the internet you can study, play games, and do all kinds of fun stuff.  WWW Stands for World Wide Web; it is like an office on the internet.

Netiquette  Netiquette is how you use your behavior on the internet.  When you are on the internet you should use the same behavior you would in real life.  When you are on the internet you should always remember to be nice to anyone you meet, even if they aren’t that nice to you.

Chatting on the Internet  When you are on an online chat you should always make sure you use kind words and that you don’t cause hurt feelings.  When you are on an online chat you should make sure if anyone you do not know can ask personal questions that only you should know. Decline them as being your friend and tell a parent/guardian and end the program.
