Concho River Improvements February 18, 2014

River Improvements Project Consideration of approving matters related to Concho River improvements: Review financial information associated w/ construction project; Approval of change order 16 to include: the repairs of the supporting columns of the pedestrian bridge west of Abe Street; replacement of the decking of the pedestrian bridge east of Koenigheim; and installation of 8 additional LED lights under Abe and Koenigheim Bridges under the agreement with Templeton Construction Co., Inc., Project PK in the amount of $148,642.88, and requesting approval of said amount to be funded by remaining and unused contract funds for the river project construction previously approved by City Council and authorizing the City Manager to execute said change order.

River Improvements Project Discussion and consideration of approving a conceptual design and budget for the expanded games court area (“The Bosque”) and authorizing staff to proceed with finalizing designs with Kinney Franke Architects for the improvements.
