Foreign Currency Exchange 外币兑换
Task A foreign guest named Tina Brown, who wants to change 200 dollars into RMB for some souvenirs. Today’s exchange rate: Every 100 dollars in cash comes to 614 RMB. You tells Tina that she changes foreign currencies according to today’s exchange rate, 200 dollars, an equivalent of 1228 RMB. After exchanging, you urges her to keep this memo well because she is requred to show it at the customs when she goes back to her country.
Task Tina wonders how she can change his RMB left back into dollars when she goes back to her country. You tells her that she can change it back into dollars at the Bank of China or the Airport Exchange Office, and there she will be required to show the memo, too. You are a cashier. Please receive her and help her to changing dollars to RMB according to service procedure.
Service Procedure Greet the guest. Introduce today’s exchange rate to the guest. Ask the guest how much he wants to change and receive the money from the guest. See the passport of the guest. Fill in the exchange memo. Tell the guest count the money amount of changing. Give the money to the guest and ask him to count. Give the receipt to the guest, and ask him to keep it well.
