Clarification of rules for competition services Definition: Competitions are services where the content provider/merchant gives out a prize to the person(s) who qualifies according to the rules of the competition, using his skills (not randomly determined). Examples: Quiz, knowledge games Clarification of rules: Combination of competition and other services is not allowed The content provider/merchant must deliver documentation of the service at the latest 24 hours after request from the MNO or mPayment.
