Presentation transcript:

 30% LOWER IN COST.HOW WE MADE IT POSSIBLE  Marinoh’s natural oil polyols are produced from direct single-stage reaction using a proprietary technology and a low-cost, but highly effective source of material – renewable marine byproducts, while the use of HCFC chemicals – ozone-depleting chemicals – is also replaced with a 100% water based blowing agent, effectively enabling us to create a new type of Rigid PU Foam capable of outperforming traditional foams and yet costs almost 30% less to produce.

 EFFICIENCY IN PERFORMANCE. EFFICIENCY IN PRODUCTION. EFFICIENCY IN REDUCING CARBON FOOTPRINT. EFFICIENCY IN COSTS.  Using renewable marine byproducts – an amazingly low-cost, but highly effective source of material – Marinoh’s bio-based green polyester resin is engineered via our proprietary manufacturing technology, designed to produce green polyols from a direct single-stage reaction, as opposed to the high-cost, multi-stage manufacturing process still employed by traditional Rigid Polyurethane Foam producers, allowing us to create a Natural Oil Rigid PU Foam capable of outperforming traditional foams in every aspect and yet costs almost 30% less to produce.

 For a Greener Tomorrow and a Better Today  By developing Marinoh using a renewable and non-edible source — natural oil extracted from unwanted marine byproducts — as the key material, we have not only created a more eco-friendly Rigid PU Foam system with minimal carbon footprint for us and future generations to come.  ALL ADVANTAGES, NO WASTAGES  The United Nations estimates that about billion people in the world are undernourished.

 CARBON EMISSION REDUCTION  Around 1 billion tonnes of carbon emission can de reduced if all buildings are insulated  ECO-FRIENDLY ACHIEVEMENTS  80% more eco-friendly than any other natural oil polyols in the market  DECREASE BUILDING'S ENERGY CONSUMPTION  Strategically insulating a building with Marinoh can decrease energy consumption by 70%  HEATING AND COOLING BUILDINGS  45% of energy that comes from fossil fuel are used to cool or heat buildings  PROTECTING OUR OZONE LAYER  100% HCFC free Water base foaming agent
