Overview How to enter Standardized Tests What Tests are required for what reporting periods Who is required to take a test Where is help located

ADDING A STANDARDIZED TESTING RECORD (STU057)  When entering a test record for a student that was not automatically loaded you need to get to the STU057 screen.  Once you have this screen up you will than click on the add button at the top right. (see the blue star)

ADDING A TEST RECORD  First ~ You’ll have to select the test that you are adding to the student’s record  By selecting the ‘?’ will provide you a list of tests that you are able to select  Second ~ You’ll need to enter the appropriate Assessment Date. (the date auto populates to the current date that you are entering)  Third ~ You’ll need to verify that the Grade Level is correct. (especially for those students who are accelerated)  Once these fields have all been filled in… Click ‘OK’

FILLING IN THE TEST SCORES TAB  Sub Tests: Click on the Sub Test Name that will need to filled in.  Value 1: Is where you will enter the appropriate score for the test that you are filling in. ie. KRAL score of a 22 would be entered as 022

FILLING IN SUB TEST DETAIL TAB Sub Tests Detail: Click on the Sub Test Name that will need to filled in. Each test requires specifics fields to be filled. Typical fields that need to be filled in are: Refusal, Exemption, Status, Accommodations/Modifications.

Why are some students not required to take a test? P LEP students not enrolled more than 180 days and NOT previously Student is part time, home school, nonpublic school, and is not enrolled in the reporting district for that particular core subject report ‘K’ Student moved out of the district report ‘J’

FY11 Testing Changes Foreign Exchange Students are no longer exempted from taking the OGT. Typical Developing Peers newly enrolled for FY11 in an ECE program need to have a ASQ/SE record reported for October (K).
