(Majority Vote) Move that the Town appropriate $773,816 for the purpose of solid waste disposal and recycling, and to raise such amount, $668,816 be raised from department receipts and $105,000 be transferred from retained earnings, and further move that the Town authorize the Town Manager to lease on such terms and conditions as he may determine vehicles and equipment for a period not to exceed five years, and to sell, trade or otherwise dispose of vehicles and equipment being replaced and to expend any proceeds so received.
