Ginger stars
Ingredients 300g smooth flour 1 tea spoon baking powder 100g ground almonds 150g sugar 1 vanilla sugar pinch of salt pinch of dried ginger 150g butter 2 eggs 100g piquant jam
Instructions 1.Mix flour and baking powder. 2. Add ground almonds, sugar, salt, pinch of dried ginger, flour and eggs. 3.Work out smooth dough. 4.Wrap it in to kitchen foil and let 1 hour have a rest.
2. From dough roll 0,5cm plate. Cut stars and give it on sheet.
3. Do a shallow hole in the middle of the star. Bake on 180°C until it´s pink. When they get cold fill t he hole s with piquant jam.
