 In general, vibrational grinding is the dynamic effects of the processing medium which forms multiple collisions on the surface of particles of the workpiece.  It is the mechanical and chemical interactions among parts of the materials by acoustic shock waves. 7/6/2016

 Important technological feature of vibrational grinding is flexible medium treatment in the form of granular particles  Abrasive granules ensure uniform treatment of the entire surfaces at the same time (including complex shapes) a large number of workpieces. 7/6/2016

 The process of vibrational grinding is a complex mechanical and physico-chemical phenomena.  They have a significant impact on the surface layer of the workpiece. 7/6/2016

We are using vibration techniques for the implementation of the following treatments:  Finishing;  Grinding, and strengthening operations;  In particular cleaning of castings;  Burr removal on work-pieces made of metals, plastics and rubbers; 7/6/2016

 The objective of the research is: to explore possibilities of increasing the intensity of vibrational grinding process through the use of special working chamber. 7/6/2016

 In accordance with the intended purpose, there are the following main tasks:  Doing research on circulation features of the motion of the particles of medium in the working chambers;  Analyze the parameters of interaction of particles, fluids and workpieces; 7/6/2016

 Research on regularities of vibration machining and surface finish;  Define the optimal shape and dimensions of workpieces after and before vibrational grinding; 7/6/2016

 Development of science-based recommendations on the selection of optimal conditions of vibrational processing in the service of the working chamber, the modernization of existing and development of new designs of vibrating tools;  Development of processes and structures of vibrating tools. 7/6/2016

 To analyze in detail the interaction among the particles of medium, fluids and workpieces and finally to get the possible working chamber design with a good production efficiency. 7/6/2016
