SAP Methods Context PRM1_02.19 Ensure client involvement, outward ownership and support in methodology selecting, tailoring and training. Tailor the methodology so deliverables can be leveraged throughout the project. Involve a methodology expert in the tailoring and training processes. Develop procedures manuals for users who will be performing the work and documenting the results (i.e., Prototyping, Interface Design). Provide comprehensive methodology training - soon before it will be used. Follow the methodology! Leverage other project deliverables (procedures, training materials, etc.) Obtain feedback from client on approach and documentation. Address concerns immediately as they arise. Use the macro Management aspects of the methodology (i.e., issue resolution, walkthroughs, system change request, change control form). Best Practices for Managing a Methodology
