Guiding Principles for 2006/2007 Bonuses, continued Levels of Recognition Outstanding = 90% to 100% Strong – Outstanding = 80% to 89% Strong = 70% to 79% Levels of Funding Based on the number of awards, the $400,000 available pool will be dispersed utilizing the following factors: Outstanding = 2.5 Strong – Outstanding = 1.5 Strong = 1.0
