WVU Tech Performance Review Process & Schedule 2011 For Classified, FEAP, Non-Classified ee’s Performance Review Process : The performance management process is an ongoing employee development activity. The actual performance review is merely a management tool used to formally document overall performance. This process facilitates the creation of a campus work environment & culture which embraces WVU Tech’s core values, mission, and strategic initiatives.

WVU Tech Performance Review Process & Schedule 2011 For Classified, FEAP, Non-Classified ee’s Performance Review Process Summary: 1.Supervisors are responsible for completing performance reviews on an annual basis. 2.Supervisor provides employee with current job description and pre-review form. 3.Employee reviews job description. 4. Employee completes pre-review form.

WVU Tech Performance Review Process & Schedule 2011 For Classified, FEAP, Non-Classified ee’s Performance Review Process Summary: 5.Employee returns job description (with edits, if appropriate) and completed pre-review form to supervisor. 6. Supervisor reviews the completed pre-review form, completes performance appraisal form and reviews with the next level supervisor prior to discussion with the employee.
