Overarching Workshop Goals To facilitate learning of new techniques and shifts in thinking about quality improvement To empower staff with a skill set to understand quality and culturally competent programming To generate possibilities and the motivation to engage in collaborative team driven QI projects

Social Service QI Training Project Hospitality3 Specific Learning Objectives At the conclusion of the workshop, we will: List the 5 steps of a rapid cycle intervention. List the 5 steps of a rapid cycle intervention. Be able to give 3 examples of how data can be used to support the improvement process? plot baseline data and monitor quality improvement with graphs or visual tracking of performance data. Demonstrate how to work smart and leverage systems that are already in place to see how we are doing. Use a logic model and define 4 component parts (resources, activities, outputs, outcomes)
