C LIMATE C ORPS B AY A REA 2011 T RAINING Take 15 minutes to talk to one other person about goals/next steps Identify what skill sets you’ll need to accomplish this Start to identify ways to continue professional development/networking/etc. What information/skill sets are you not considering that might be necessary Separate and fill out your goal setting worksheet independently

C LIMATE C ORPS B AY A REA 2011 T RAINING Where do I want to be after CCBA? What do I need to do to get there, and what skill sets will I need to develop? What obstacles might be in the way of reaching goals? What skills/abilities do I already have that will help me achieve my goals? What is the timeline of professional development towards achieving goals? Be SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, timely)

C LIMATE C ORPS B AY A REA 2011 T RAINING Come back together and list a few things as a group we’d be interested in working on (skill sets, speakers, topics) Use each other as a resource – who knows someone who can help someone else with a skill set or networking
