Skylight Restoration Utilizing Clear Polyurea Coating Technology

What was the problem? What was the solution? This skylight roof was leaking and had multiple repair attempts before our solution was applied. Utilizing clear Polyurea-Based coating materials, the Installer created a translucent, elastomeric, monolithic film over the entire roofing structure which provided a water barrier membrane. This membrane is UV stable, has excellent adhesion to both the metal and the panels while providing long term service life. This Polyurea-Based coating material offers many advantages to the original construction by being less expensive than a full roof replacement while maintaining the aesthetic and light transmitting characteristics of the original roof.
