Project Aims Aim: To improve the outcomes for our most vulnerable and complex learners with SEND Objectives (November – January 2017) To establish effective commissioning of high quality specialist provision –Clear Local Offer –Increased capacity within maintained sector To ensure best value To establish sustainable systems and a legacy of processes beyond the project

Learner and Provision Profile 153 learners in schools, of these, 13 are jointly placed cases Students are spread across 32 providers Key stage spread, peaks in KS3 Vast majority are have SEMH as primary need (56%) 17% of this cohort are children in care Geographical spread across regions
