TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT Dr. Kelly Propst - Assistant Superintendent Michael Stocks – Technology Manager 4 Engineers 1 Help Desk 1 Dell project manage 3 Break/Repair 1 Smartboard Repair Provide technical support to the end user in a timely and efficient manner. Services include: computer and printer repair, issues, software support, internet filtering, IP telephone installations, IP telephone installations and repairs, etc.

TECHNOLOGY INSTRUCTIONAL Instructional Technology Provide instructional support to the Instructional Technology Facilitators (ITF) and support to the School Library Media Coordinator (SLMC). Jennifer Jenkins – Staff Development Coordinator Patti Freeman – Instructional Technology Coordinator

SOFTWARE All software must be approved before purchasing Items should be entered into the Hardware/Software portal All T.F.’s have access to the portal and know the procedures Before installing any software, license information must be provided to the Technology Facilitator Outdated software - will no longer be supported Any school wide purchases for software must be approved by Technology and Curriculum and Instruction.

HARDWARE Mac – Elementary Schools PC - Middle/High with Mac Carts All hardware must go through the Hardware/Software Portal All Smartboard purchases must be approved in the portal Purchases for Smartboards should be purchased from the “Bid” winner. (T.F. has all of the necessary information for purchasing) Purchasing – Schools are encouraged to purchase equipment as needed
