PRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY CHOSEN Founded in 1938, Samsung is present in the search and sale of telecommunications products, home appliances, digital media, screens, monitors. Currently headed by Lee Kun-hee, Samsung is still one of the world leaders in the sale of mobile phones and the first worldwide in the sale of televisions, computer monitors and printers. 4
SAMSUNG ISSUES The lack of organization and the waste of time inhibit Samsung company to advance and excel in its fields. So we wonder how to optimize the profitability of this company? How can we ensure better organization within Samsung? And How can we find an answer to the complexity of information processing in the company? 5
In order to ensure better coordination of services and as a result better follow of the control process, Better control of inventory and normalization of the Human Resources management.We propose an ERP which will bring gains in productivity and efficiency, including the ability to make the organization more integrated. 6
