Communications Unlimited A Cellular Accessory Dealer

Mission The use of cellular phones has increased over the past few years and has spawned an increase in the number of phones and options that are available to subscribers. This has ranged from having different ringtones to cosmetic changes like colorful cases for cell phones. The mission of Communications Unlimited is therefore to aid in the customers need for individuality by providing primary and third-party accessories for cellular phones at a reasonable price.

Project goals Provide equipment for cell phone customers purchase accessories irregardless of their cell phone provider. Increase the potential of new customers by advertising and offering these services online. Use the online arena to further determine what items are requested or required if they are not readily available from us.

Proposed Improvements Initial Search Customers should be able to search for accessories based on cell phone type, price, or accessory type. Display Items Based on search criteria; the items, corresponding images and prices should be displayed.

Proposed Improvements Add items to cart Customers should be able to add items to a cart which should keep a running inventory of items and the cart should also allow for continued shopping during that customer session. Purchase Items Upon completion of shopping, the customer should be able to purchase the items previously chosen.

Proposed Improvements Login/Register information Prior to completion of purchase, the user should be prompted to login/register with Communications Unlimited. Thank you/Survey Along with the purchase confirmation customers should be provided with a survey to provide their experiences and future requests for items not immediately available.
