Reaching Our Goals, 1999 Office-based quality improvement curriculum –Developed by Chicago Area Immunization Campaign –Modeled after Educating Providers in their Communities PA Department of Health and AAP Chapter –Non-clinical staff conducted training Barriers to full implementation –Recruiting providers to conduct training and participation

Reaching Our Goals, 2002 CDPH contracted with Illinois Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (ICAAP) –Revise and expand curriculum –Identify and recruit trainers –Promote program –Facilitate training sessions
