Important part of Tianshan north slop conomic extensive farming on large areas Second ecology degeneration of XinJiang after TaLimu river valley Oasis LUCC environment accumulation will be very significant on research of arid area even global environment.XingJiang Bortara river,Jing river area (abbrevi- ated as Bor.Jing river valley) are west gate of new Asia and Europe continental bridge in and out of our country, the most important part of Tianshan north slop economic strip which is key devel- oped by autonomy. On the belly area of Europe and Asia continent, being block area with typical arid mountainous region -oasis-desert. In recent 40 years, due to the rapid increasing of population, ext- ensive farming on large areas of land with light outlay and labor, irrational development and utilization of resource, along with weakness and frequently happ- ened natural disaster in arid area ecoe- nvironment, the problem of ecoenvironme- nt for river basin is prominent, being the se- cond ecology degeneration of XinJiang after TaLimu river valley. The total research area of national ter- ritory is ×10 4 km 2, oasis area is about ×10 4 km 2 with artificial oasis about 0.23×10 4 km 2, the recsearch range is from 80°53′E-85°02′E,43°38′N-45°52′N. Two TM portraits on Aug.25th, 1990 Two TM portraits on Sep. 25th, 2000 Five CB-2 satellite portraits on Sep. 25th, :100,000 geographic portrait and vector datas Bozhou land utilization (1:50000) of 1990, 2000, 2005 Statistic datas of hydrology, population and social economy According to formulas to analyze the three period oasis LUCC, we got LUCC classification area, structure(TAB.2). TAB.2 The area, structure and change extent of oasis LUCC classification in Bor.Jing river valley To analyze 1990, 2000, and 2005 datas in three dimensional space, the change rate of researched oasis LUCC type including single, complicated and trend date, the result shows(TAB.3). TABLE 3 Bor.Jing river valley land use and land cover changes and trends composite index As to land utilization and plant cover(Ps), there were wood land, cultivated land and city, industry and mining land, river shed increased,Papasturela- nd and water shed, undeveloped land reduced. The whole oasis LUCC trend and state(Pt) was 0.35, almost being balanced state(TAB.4). TABLE 4 Bor.Jing river valley LUCC types and trends in the rate of change (a)From 1990 and 2005, the yearly average land use degree change amount was 0.04%,and the early 10 years was higher than the latter 5 years, which indicated that the trend of rate of elevation of land use degree has been slower. (b)According to the theory analysis of impact of land-use on oasis sta- bility, the stability of oasis in research area has improved, but the speed of improvement has been slower. (c)Oasis land-use change was resulted from large Negative entropy devoted.Generally speaking, the more negative entropy input, the higher the degree of Oasis land-use, which will be More beneficial to the oasis from the low level sub-stable state continued to develop high-level steady state, and in turn, make sustainable development of oases realized.
