VCS Involvement in Shadow Health & Wellbeing Boards

Decisions so far:  Will not be a Commissioning Board.  Board membership extended enabling non-statutory members to be co-opted.  Social Value and JSNA to be embedded work streams.

Areas for Development During First Shadow Year:  Making difficult decisions.  Leadership behaviour.  JSNA – development into JHWS.  Extending engagement.  Public Health Population Model.
