If there is a return with incomplete information, it should be changed or filled-up at once by the taxpayer. Error CodeDescription 01Invalid Combination of TP Classification and TP Type or Wrong Taxpayer_Type-Class_Type Combination Cause : Wrong combination of taxpayer_classification (whether individual or non-individual) and taxpayer_type (whether corporation, single- proprietorships, gov’t agency, etc.) Resolution : Update values for taxpayer_classification or taxpayer_type 02Invalid Taxpayer TIN Cause : Invalid TIN Resolution : Check the taxpayer TIN from RDO’s masterlist file, if invalid, verify with ISOS for the correct and valid TIN, then update the taxpayer TIN. (There is already TIN validation in Data Entry ver. 7) 03 Invalid Taxpayer Type Code Cause : Invalid Taxpayer Type. Then all the data that pass the validation should be transmit to SOD for upload to ITS.
