Waingroves Primary School A rural school in Derbyshire, England
Our school is in a village called Waingroves near the town of Ripley in Derbyshire. It is surrounded by fields (some with cows in). There are about 200 pupils aged 4 – 11 years old. We are lucky because we have two big playgrounds and a large field

We are Year 5 There are 30 boys and girls in our class. There are more boys than girls. We are 9 and 10 years old.

Our uniform We have to wear a uniform at school. It consists of; – A white or blue T-shirt – Black or grey trousers for boys – Blue or black skirt or blue check dress for girls – School jumper or cardigan
