Task John Smith wants to make an international call in the hotel, so he asks the hotel operator for help. You are the hotel operator. You tell him how to make an international call in his room: We have IDD and DDD services in our hotel. So the guest may call directly from his room. It is cheaper than going through the operator. Dial the country code, the area code and the number you want. The country codes are listed in the services directory in your room. Please receive the guest and introduce how to make international call. Each group should make up a dialogue and make a role play.
