Budget UK research Council (STFC) awarded about £1.3 million over 5 years (January 2015 to December 2019) for trigger upgrade. Most of this is for manpower of course. Plus travel to keep Marian Krivda at CERN and allow the rest of us regular trips to CERN The £1.3 million includes £223,400 for hardware (capital) i.e. for CTP and LTU A sizable fraction of this will be spent of technical effort from RAL for Board Layout.
