Saving Voice Mail Messages Harvard Phone Messages on the former voicemail system will not automatically transfer to the new system. You may save them to email. To Save messages in your current voice mail box: Enable Message Delivery Message Delivery is a feature that will send your voice mail messages to your email as a .wav file attachment Call 5-4900 or email ithelp@harvard.edu and request Message Delivery be enabled Once enabled, go into your voice mail box Choose the message you want to save Forward the message to yourself (follow the voice mail prompts) The voice mail will forward to your email You cannot transfer messages between voice mail systems.
