Orientation on LIPH Handbook on Principles, Guidelines, Procedures, and Processes

Learning Objectives Cognitive aptitude:  During the two -day orientation, the participants are able to: apply the LIPH guiding principles demonstrate LIPH planning process apply the tools in the simulation exercises demonstrate possible approaches to support DOH Regional Planning Teams

Learning Objectives Communication aptitude: During the two -day orientation, the participants are able to: communicate understandably, respectfully in verbal and written manner communicate clearly the instructions for planning process, tools in an output-oriented, practical manner

Learning Objectives Leadership aptitude: During the two -day orientation, the participants are able to: Define their roles in the LIPH planning process Formulate strategy to train DOH Regional Planning Teams and Development Management Officers(DMOs) on the new LIPH guidelines, principles, processes, procedures and tools via web-based training Recommend capability development plan to enhance competency of the DOH Regional and LGU planning team members
