Robert Bosch Apprenticeship Development Model supported by RMIT Model Abstract Robert Bosch, in partnership with RMIT University, offer a pathway in engineering, paying young people to develop an exclusive career. Bosch are looking for young people who will have completed Year 11 and are capable in English, Mathematics and Physics, although other entry points into the scholarship exist. The development and learning involves completing Year 12 VCE over two years, and beginning an apprenticeship at the same time. Those having completed VCE with good passes in English, Mathematics and Physics will do an apprenticeship and engineering diploma part-time. The opportunity to progress to degrees, further study and research is supported, and is a key aspect of the Model. Not all recruits are expected to complete an engineering degree - not all may wish to do so. However, for some the opportunity will become reality. Apprenticeship Degree Adv.
