Windshield Survey of Buckroe, Coliseum Central, North King Street master planning areas Completed July, 2007 Recommendation: Develop historic context for Coliseum Central and North King maintain mid- century war era suburban housing tracts (Beyond current scope) Recommendation: Buckroe has historic significance but lacks integrity for district. Develop design guidelines (Beyond current scope) No new historic districts proposed Concurrence on results from DHR and City staff August, 2008

Refinement of Boundaries for Old Wythe and Pasture Point Historic Districts Completed July 2007 Recommendations both districts are National Register eligible under Criteria A (associated with events that have made a significant contribution to the broad patterns of our history) and C (embody the distinctive characteristics of a type, period, or method of construction) Concurrence on results from DHR and City staff August, 2008
