Entering Physical Exams into Infinite Campus Health ANGIE MCDONALD, RN KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION

Entering physicals is easy process. However, Infinite Campus has changed some of the screens since last year so let’s take a minute to show you the changes so everything is entered correctly and your exams are counted correctly on end of the year reports. SHOW HOW HARD YOU WORK!!!

First: - Choose the correct student. - Go to Index -Student Information -Health -General

Next, choose the "Screenings" tab. The following box should appear.

Choose "New". This box should appear

- Enter the date of the exam - Choose the exam type (Child & Teen Checkup)

Now, several boxes should open below.

In the “Height/Weight and Vital Signs box, enter the information from the child’s physical.

As you hit the tab button as you enter the height and weight, the BMI and BMI percentile automatically calculates.

Scroll down to the Vision box. Remove the date in the screening date box.

Scroll down to the hearing screening box. Remove the screening date.

Scroll to the “Child and Teen Checkup” box.

In the “Type” box, choose either “Initial Entry” or “6 th Grade” from the drop down box.

In the “Location” box, choose where the exam was performed. Health Department exams count as “Doctor”.

In the “Status” box, choose from either normal, referred or known condition

Once you have entered all the information. Click on the “Save” button.
