CHAPTER 13 社交信函 大 綱大 綱 大 綱大 綱
P. 3 If a company hopes to maintain long and solid relationships with its business partners and customers, it must show its sincerity and friendliness through a variety of activities and communications under different occasions and situations. This kind of correspondence may or may not directly relate to business profits, but is definitely a very crucial and necessary way to strengthen the relationship between/among the companies. Social correspondence is, in short, inevitable and indispensable.
P. 4 Correspondence can be at the company-to-company level, individual-to-company level, or, at the most informal level, individual-to-individual. Such social correspondence includes announcements, invitations, goodwill notes, congratulations, sympathy notes, and other formal or informal memos or notices. When writing this kind of letters, the key point is to extend your concern, genuineness and gratitude. Actually, in comparison to business correspondence, social correspondence can be more personal and can express unique individual characters.
