At this scale the entire solar sytem has a diameter of 3mm, about the size of a pinhead. The rest of the vast distance contains nothing of note.

This shows that space is mostly empty. The photos you are about to see seem to show that it is crammed full of stars but there is a huge distance between each star. First a comparison of the size of earth with the planets and our sun. Then the sun with a few stars.

ANTARES IS THE 15TH BRIGHTEST STAR IN THE SKY. IT IS MORE THAN 1000 LIGHT YEARS AWAY.

There are 200 billion stars in our milky way galaxy. There are over 100 billion galaxies Psalm 19:1 The heavens declare the glory of God. The expanse shows his handiwork.

There are over 100 billion billion stars like our sun. That is over 16 billion stars for each person on earth. Psalm 147:4 He counts the number of the stars. He calls them all by their names. This is near the centre of the Milky Way

Col 1:16 for through Him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can’t see such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
