CLINICAL DATA 30-year-old woman 3 deliveries: latest was 2 years ago 1 year: dyspnoea A few days ago: abdominal complain, pain and nausea Abdominal US: tumor of the left kidney Abdominal CT: bulky (74 mm in diameter) tumor in the upper middle third of the left kidney; possibility of a renal vein thrombus Chest CT: small (2-10 mm) multiple pulmonary metastases Brain MRI: negative
MACROSCOPICALLY In the upper half of the kidney 8,5 cm in it’s greatest dimension Hemorrhagic and necrotic Irregularly bordered tumor Infiltration of the capsule, renal pelvis and renal vein.
