Data transmission SBS Which data need to be reported to Eurostat each reference year? In what form should the data be sent? How can the data be sent? What happens with the data at Eurostat? 2

2.g. Examples Example 1: Confidential data: dominance by one enterprise. The number of persons employed (2700) in France in 2008 for enterprises of 50 to 249 persons employed for NACE C1411 is confidential. One enterprise dominates the data and represents 92% of employment. This is provisional data. 19

2.g. Examples Example 2: Size class data The turnover of the retail sale of foods (NACE Rev.2 G472) in Luxembourg in 2008 with an annual turnover between 1 and 2 million EUR was EUR. It is revised data. Data is not confidential. 20

2.g. Examples Example 3: Business services data Germany declares for the activities of NACE Rev.2 group 62 that Euro of turnover is generated by publishing services of computer games in The data is non-confidential. 21
