English Summary Section Five Hospital is an institution that provides medical services such as heal the sick patient and do early prevention carried by the doctors, nurses, and all staffs of the hospital. Hospital can be operated if they have license to operate, meet basic national standart which set by commission, and must undergo periodic inspection. There is a group that is review the quality of hospital care which is given to the patients called Peer Review Organization (PRO). The professional services staff consists of the people directly concerned with the care of patients but some physicians have an office practice also and send their patients to the hospital when necessary. In government hospital, university hospital and in hospitals are operated by labor unions or groups for the benefit of their member, not allowed to have their private practice and they should work directly only.
