The cement drainage culvert along the western most perimeter bench road was significantly cracked and some areas were without cement. The cement culvert is adjacent to the retaining wall on the west face that is being surveyed by an engineer for deformations. Photo #1 & #2 were taken looking southwest. 12

The fasteners had been removed from the base of the metal grate. Photo #1 was taken looking south.
