Content 1.Irrigation system 2.Component and there fuctions 3.procedure 4. What is the arduino 5. specification 6. sensor 7. Block diagram

Automation system  With the help of automation we have develop the environment needed for pomogranate plant.  Pomogranate plant needs 38% temperature, 85% relative humidity and 25 % soil moisture.  Vigyan ashram has tried to provided needed relative humidity, temperature and soil moisture with help of exhaust fan and irrigation system

Irrigation system Component  1. 1 inch pipe (15m) 2. Lateral  3. Rubber 4. End cap  5. Lateral cock 6. Rubber pipe  7. Sprinkler 8. Clamp  9. hand drill 10. Motor

Function 1. Main line (pvc)  It is made of the polyvinyl chloride.  It is used circulate water. 2. Rubber pipe  It is used to convey water to main line.

3. Lateral cock  Lateral cock is made of the plastic material. 4.Sprinkler  It is simple to installed,  Operate and maintain.  Land levelling is not required for use  It is low cost and durable equipment

5. End cap  They are used to close the lateral ends, sub main end or mainline ends  Submain and main line are preferably provided with flush valve  They are convenient for flushing the line.

7. clamp  Clamp is used to attached rubber pipe and and main PVC pipe. 8. lateral  Lateral convey water from main line or submain line.  Lateral are generally portable  It is made of the light weight aluminium or low density polyethelene

9. Motor  Moter is used to drive water from tank.  It is available in small size. It is made up of the stainless steel.  It is easily installed.  Electric consumption is low  These motor is noiseless and multipurpose.

1. With the help of clamp motor fix has been to rubber pipe 2. With the help of the clamp Rubber has been fix to mainline

3. On the mainline hole has been Done with the help of hand drill 4. In that hole rubber is fix

5. Drip cock is attached To the main line 6.After that lateral is Attached to the drip cock

7. In order to cover the surrounding place with Water sprinkler is attached to lateral

8. Motor released into the water tank

ARDUINO  Basically arduino is a microcontroller.  Micro-controller is microprocessor with memory, Ram and some other peripheral connected with it.  The arduino uno is a microcontroller board based on the AT mega 328.

Arduino

ARDUINO UNO What does it have?  14 digital in/ out pins  6 analogue inputs  A USB connection  A power jack  Reset button  On-board LED  SCL/SPA pins (serial clock/ serial pins)

POWER 5V / 3.3V / GND Analog INPUTS PWR IN USB (to Computer) Digital I\O PWM(3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11) SCL\SPA (I2C Bus) RESETS

Soil moisture sensor- YL-69 moisture sensor (Probes)  This is the electrical resistance sensor.  The sensor is made up of two electrodes.  This soil moisture sensor reads the moisture content around it.  A current is passed across the electrodes through the soil and the resistance to the current in the soil determines the soil moisture.

DHT-22 sensor  High precision  Relative humidity and temperature measurement  Calibrated digital signal  Outstanding long-term stability  Long transmission distance, up to 100 meters  Low power consumption  4 pins packaged and fully interchangeable
