14 LAND FORCES COMMAND - first level - training is conducted with all unit’s organic personnel by the programs for combat training of kind of armed Training of Land Forces units to provide assistance to the population in case of disasters - second level - specialized training for the Bulgarian Armed forces units to handle the consequences of disasters

17 LAND FORCES COMMAND Cooperation with the section of the United Rescue System Cooperation between the forces and resources of different ministries and departments is organized by the regional governor and carried out by the commanders of military units and commanders of LF units.

18 LAND FORCES COMMAND In the command of Land Forces has prepared plans and performed systematically completion of the formations with new security and special equipment. Steps have been taken to update the current normative documents so that the costs incurred in the course of the assistance operations can be fully reimbursed. Logistic provision

19 LAND FORCES COMMAND Participation of LF units in 2012 in severe winter conditions – participated: 65 soldiers and 26 pieces of vehicles and equipment. in the floods soldiers and 112 pieces of vehicles and equipment in fires - participated: 2019 soldiers and 210 pieces of vehicles and equipment during the intelligence and destruction of unexploded ordnance: 129 soldiers and 338 pieces of vehicles and equipment Total of 2012 Land Forces participated with 2,580 soldiers and 690 pieces of special vehicles and equipment.

20 LAND FORCES COMMAND A review of the performed tasks for the recent years indicates not the volume of performed work and spent resources, it is expressed in the honest gratefulness and recognition of the population and the local administration for soldiers’ honor and destinction in performing military duty.
