I.Proposed TORs of the Regional Advisor The description should detail the activities to be performed and / or services to be rendered. Regional Advisor will deliver a BCH training and train operational personnel and stakeholders how to use Central Portal, nBCH, enter data, etc. He/she will provide consultancy services related to the adaptation and setting up of the BCH web-site and will provide web-site template developed by USA and translated into Russian. He/she will consult the Biosafety Task Force on web-site connection to the Central Portal, establishment of an appropriate BCH framework and request forms, as well as reporting to the BCH Central portal
