Getting Started Without Materials About Material Shipment  Students enrolled late in the summer or during the school year may need to start school before they receive all of their course materials. Please allow 7-10 business days after the day your student was approved to receive your student's course materials (if enrolled less than 2 weeks before your school start date).  We recommend that you check the status of your material order by logging into My Info. Click here for instructions on how to view shipping information.here Check K-Mail  We recommend that you check K-Mail daily for additional information from your teacher. If you are unsure of what to do, please reach out to your teacher via K-Mail. Your teacher will be happy to provide additional instructions and direction.

Getting Started Without Materials Course Content Online  Please know that content for most courses is online and your student will be able to complete some (if not all) of their early lessons without the materials included in their shipment. Examples of the types of materials online include:  Lesson Content  Online Assessments  Teacher Guides and Student Pages are available to print from the Online School  Online Books (select courses)  Audio components that are accessed online  If the student is in High School, please read the syllabus for each course. In the course syllabus, the teacher will provide helpful information; such as, an overview of the instructional content, policies about due dates and late assignments, grading scale, and general expectations set forth by the teacher.

Shipping Timeline for Virtual Schools When will I receive my course materials?  The timeline for when the student will receive their course materials depends on the following information:  School's Start Date  Student's Enrollment Approved Date  UPS will send you an when your course materials have shipped.

How can I track my shipments?  You can track your shipments by accessing My Info from your Online School (OLS) Learning Coach account.  “My Info” is located under “Quick Links” from your Online School Homepage or can be accessed by selecting “My Account” from the top of your Online School (OLS) and then selecting “Orders & Shipments” from the drop down menu.  Once you are in “My Info” you will see your Student’s name. Simply click on your Student’s name and select either “Orders” to track your course materials or “Hardware” if you are to receive a loaner computer from the School.

Missing from Shipment  If there are items missing in your shipment, please check your packing slip for the status of these items. If the packing slip shows all materials have shipped, most likely the item(s) is in transit. Please allow up to 5 business days for your complete order to be delivered.  An item on back order will ship as soon as it becomes available. Please allow approximately 2 weeks to receive back ordered materials.  If you are still missing the item(s) 5 business days after your first delivery, and it is not on back order, please contact the K¹² Customer Support team. We will be happy to re-order the item(s) for you.
