 HELLO, MR. BAHADıR. COULD YOU TELL ME YOUR JOB, PLEASE?  Hello, we are -regarding as Bahadır Surgical Tools- which are being used by doctors.

 How did you start this work? What did affect you? We started this job in 1980 with one of my friend’s advise who is a doctor.

 Could you tell me your first entrepreneurship experience in your childhood?  Certainly. I sold postcard near the post office.when I was attending in secondary school. I sold lottery tickets.

 From the first point to now, how did something change in your motivation?  My responsibilites increased. I feel myself more responsible for learning my work.

 In your opinion, what is your the most important success?  I can’t say certain thing, if I say, I limit myself. I think being known around the world is the best success.

 Could you mention about your most exiting moments in your enrepreneurship life?  We got an award, because we exported which worth one million dollars and we represent our country

 How does your entrepreneurship affect your family, friends?  It made me an example person and load me responsibilities.

 Is there a point which you want to change when you think your entrepreneurship life?  I didn’t regret but I can only say ‘I wish I studied much more’.

 What is your advice for young entrepreneurs?  Study more, work correctly and be honest.

 What is your biggest fear about your job?  If next generation doesn’t own the values of work, I really feel sorry. This is my biggest fear.
