Adding a Wireless Multicast Extension to the Internet Going from: 1-to-1 to 1-to-millions

V-SATCAST, INC. Solving three biggest problems facing the OTT video streaming market: 1. Cost Reducing cost per GB delivered by >90% vs. existing wired unicast Internet Content Delivery Networks (CDNs). 2. Bandwidth ISP Access network congestion facing the non- fiber/HFC households. Only about 10% of the US households enjoy true broadband ISP access services capable of streaming the growing demand for OTT video streaming services. V streams video content from locally cached files on user premise, so there is no congestion or contention by other users contending for the shared ISP bandwidth. 3. User Interface / User Experience Eliminate buffer rage and down-res of content as resolution increases from the SD environment of today to the HD, 4K, 8K and VR immersive environment of the immediate future 2

VIDEO IS ALREADY FLOODING THE INTERNET… AND THE TSUNAMI IS COMING! Who’s got this problem? Consumers, Cable Operators and ISPs Video buffering, freezing and slow loading How many? Only 10% of US households are passed by fiber; ~5% are connected 80% of households remain served by legacy loop carriers or inadequate DSL connections Confirmation has become common knowledge: Sandvine, Cisco (Bob Pepper report), Google (Vint Cerf) Akamai IAB reports are all confirming stats In 2015 on-demand video services Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Video and Hulu accounted for roughly 60.59% of the total U.S downstream bandwidth usage…but households only stream OTT content for 1/3 of video consumption today 3

Strategic relationship established with Intelsat for satellite capacity and terrestrial distribution connections workdwide 100% National US Coverage THE V-SATCAST SOLUTION V Prepositions OTT content in local caches at the consumer edge of the network for instant streaming locally 4

THE V-SATCAST ADVANTAGE We have a number of “unfair advantages” Power of satellite-based IP multicasting: least cost delivery for 1:many audience Each incremental user reduces our cost per GB/delivered, vs. incumbents increase in cost Emerging flat-panel satellite antenna solutions enable user self-install (no truck roll) We are 1 of the few ways to get all the way to consumer for content players! Value of our solution Dramatic improvement in economics of delivering video Cost saving to current OTT providers at 1-2 orders of magnitude Propagation & capacity Massive scaling potential in any given market, and on global basis Standards-based technology platform Potential to subsidize our edge caching devices with pay content and advertising 5

Mobile Devices Content Store 3G/4G Wireless Laptops and Netbooks Windows Phones Tablet Computers Wired Internet Fixed Devices IPTVXBOX Desktop PCs Metered Cost 3 Rs /GB/Month Metered Cost 100 Rs/GB/Month Satellite Data Multicasting.3 Paise/GB For 100K subscribers THE COST PER GB REVOLUTION
