 Apollo 11 took a whopping 76 hours to complete its trip to the moon. Thats a very long time!!!!

 The three brave men that went to the moon were named Neil Armstrong (Captain), Michael Collins (first Model Pilot) and Eddwin (Buzz) Alden (Second Model Pilot).

The Apollo 11 launched on July the 20 th They landed on the moon on July the 24 th 1969 at the time of 02:56.

 When Neil Armstrong first put his foot on the moon he left a foot print. On the moon, even now its still there.
